MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Memberships renew automatically every month unless canceled.
Memberships can be canceled via the original confirmation email or by emailing playday@playdaycny.com. Memberships will remain active through billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for memberships cancelled after their billing date.
Membership pass is valid ONLY for the children listed. ANY adult can bring the child members to the facility, but the pass is NOT transferable among children. The members MUST be siblings or share a legal guardian. We do NOT permit friends, cousins or any other guests to use another guest’s membership.
Membership does not provide access to special events, birthday parties, private events, or outside of normal operating hours. Membership does not guarantee a spot on special or holiday events or activities.
Failure to follow Playday rules and policies may result in termination of membership. If we terminate your membership, no refund will be issued.
