Take the stress out of planning and let us host your party! The entire play space is yours for the entire session. We have party packages that will fit your style and needs, whether you're the DIY type or you want everything done and ready to go. All of our packages are fully customizable with lots of add-ons!

ALL party packages include:

  • 2 hours of private play and party time. You get our entire space to yourself!

  • Play admission for up to 15 child guests, ages 8 and under (additional kids can be added for $5 each)

  • Access 30 minutes before your party for setup

  • Option to either bring your own food, decor, etc, or let us handle everything

  • Party Assistant to help with setup. And we clean up after you!

  • Add-ons available!

*There is no limit on adult guests, but our space can comfortable accommodate 40 adults.

PLAYDAY PRIVATE PARTY

The place is all yours for a private 2-hour party. Whether it’s a birthday, baptism, baby shower, or just a reason to get together, let the Playday team be your host! You bring the food, drinks, and decorations. Your Playday party coordinator will help you set up 30 minutes prior to the event. We’ll take care of the cleanup, too!

  • 1. Reservations: Party reservations must be made through the Playday website (playdaycny.com). To hold the party date, Playday requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. Renter’s final balance is due 48 hours before the party. If not paid 48 hours before, Renter’s card on file will be charged. Parties must be paid for using a credit card. Cash and gift cards cannot be used to pay for private parties.

    2. Allotted Time: Renter will be allotted 30 minutes before the 2 hour rental period for party setup. Renter must be completely vacated from the party area and play floor within 15 minutes of party end time. 

      • There will be a $25 charge for every 15 minutes that the play floor & party room are still occupied by the Renter (please note, all party packages come with a Playday party assistant who will help in the clean up process). If you’d like a longer party, please make your request prior to your event.

    3. Food & Beverage: Renter can add food packages and items as indicated on the Playday website. Food orders cannot be changed/canceled within 72 hours of the party. Outside food and beverages are permitted, but must remain in our designated food area. Alcohol is not permitted. 


    4. Decorations: Renter can add decoration packages as agreed upon by Playday. Decor packages cannot be changed/canceled within two weeks of the party. Guests are permitted to bring their own decorations.

      • Anything hung on the walls must be done so with painters/masking tape or tacks. 

      • If you bring a balloon arch or large balloon bunches, we ask that you either deflate it before leaving or bring it home with you. NO CONFETTI BALLOONS, GLITTER OR TABLE SCATTER.

      • Any Renter who adheres scotch tape/packing tape to the walls or does not follow decoration guidelines will be fined $250 for damages. 

    5. Socks Only & Socks Required: We are a socks only play area. Please let your guests know in advance. Both adults and children are required to wear socks as part of the health code. If a guest does not have socks, socks are available for purchase.

    6. Damage & Cleaning: Any excessive damage done to the Playday premises or to the Party Space or other Playday property shall be billed to Renter for either replacement or repair.

    7. Gratuity: Gratuity is not required but is appreciated and left up to the discretion of the Private Party Renter.

    8. Cancellations: $100 deposit to hold your reservation is non-refundable. In the event that Renter cannot keep the reservation, they will be permitted one reschedule date within 12 months of the original reservation. If the rescheduled date is also canceled, the Renter’s reservation and security deposit are forfeited.


 FAQs

  • That’s fine! For food packages, you have 72 hours before the party date to let us know of any changes. For decor packages, you have two weeks from the party date to let us know of any changes.

  • There is not a limit, but keep in mind that Playday can comfortably accommodate 40 adults.

  • Yes! We have three high-chairs for you & your guests to utilize.

  • Yes! The only restriction we have is that we do not allow any food in the play area.

  • No, sorry, we do not allow alcohol at birthday parties.

  • Just a few! Refer to your party contract for details, but the big ones to note are:

    We don’t allow anything to be taped onto the painted walls (non-painted surfaces like counters and window sills are just fine, though, and we have plenty of those!) and this includes command strips, sticky tac, or ANY adhesive.

    No piñatas, table confetti or glitter, please!

    We also ask that you not rearrange any furniture or existing wall decor.

  • No, we do not have a refrigerator, but you are welcome to bring in your own coolers.

  • You can arrive 30 minutes before your party begins to set up, and our party assistant can help!

  • Nope! All of our parties are totally private and include rental of our entire space.

  • Unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable. You are, however, welcome to reschedule your date if need be. Please refer to your party contract for full details.
